Ignia is a consistency tracking platform for content creators. The Service helps users track their posting activity across social media platforms, maintain streaks, and build consistent posting habits.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Ignia offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

All content, design, code, and branding of Ignia are the property of Ignia or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
